I do my best to ship items within 2 business days of purchase. I ship USPS Priority Mail with Insurance on tems purchased $100.00 and over. Items under $100.00 I ship USPS first class with Insurance.

Return Policy
Should an item be found defective it may ne returned for REPAIR, EXCHANGE or REPLACEMENT (exception, Turquoise, Variscite and Opals) or merchandise credit and needs to be returned to BeckinDesigns within 10 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in complete original condition and packed securely for shipment. BecklinDesigns is not responsible for postage on returned items; however; BecklinDesigns will pay postage on replacement items after the original order is returned. BecklinDesigns will not accept merchandise damaged by the customer from mishandling, neglect, chemicals, ultrasonic cleaning, etc. Please read care instructions carefully as some hand applied finishing techniques can be destroyed by chemical or professional cleaning. Use only the cleaning pad included with the item and only as directed to preserve the beauty of your item. Professional cleaning is recommended on all sterling silver chains unless otherwise indicated by item.
Turquoise, Variscite and Opals are examples of soft stones. We are not responsible for cracked or broken stones after 3 days of receiving your jewel. If there is an issue with your jewel, please contact us immediately - within 3 days of receiving your piece.
Care Instructions
Fine precious metals and gemstones require special care. Most of the items at BecklinDesigns feature special finishes, such as oxidation, patinas. Pearls, wood, bone, and coral would be greatly damaged by chemical cleaning. Under no circumstances should chemical or ultrasonic cleaning be used on focal pieces. Hand cleaning is advised on all sterling silver components. Please use the enclosed cleaning pad to add shine to your purchase and follow instruction carefully. All detachable sterling silver and gold chains can be professionally cleaned by reputable jewelry dealers. Argentium & fine silver does not tarnish like sterling silver and should shine up with the cleaning pad. However, do not use the cleaning pad on oxidized surfaces or patination. All or part of these items may have been waxed and cleaning will create a nasty residue with possible discoloration or remove the patina altogether. With proper treatment, your purchase will give you many years of enjoyment. BecklinDesigns will not accept returns on any items that have been damaged by failing to observe this notice.

Also, we list measurements in mm where applicable which may include length width and depth. Items such as bracelet links and pendants in inches as well as necklace and bracelet lengths in inches.
