Booking an Appointment
Booking/Scheduling an appointment time for custom designs does not commit you to any financial obligation and no money is due at this time. It is only a meeting time for the jewelry designer to get together and discuss the details of your design needs and to see if we are a fit.

Please read the following sections throughly, it may answer any questions you may have.
Production Time – Times may vary depending upon the time of year. Standard Custom/Bespoke Jewelry takes approximately 2 months. Meaning from the date you make your finalized design decisions and me receiving the NON REFUNDABLE deposit to the shipping date of the finished product. Production time could change if an item/material you have requested is no longer available. You will be contacted at that time and changes can be made or a FULL refund will be made.
Deposits and Payments for Services – You will be sent via email a final sketch of the design with stone choice. Once approved a deposit will be required. Deposits on custom jewelry pieces are non refundable due to designers time invested in arranging the designs, materials and client correspondence. A typical deposit will be 50% of the estimated total quote. Total quote will include all needed materials, stone/s and shipping with Insurance. Once all is confirmed you will be sent an Invoice via PayPal. Please pay your invoice within 48 hours. Once deposit is received you will be added to the calendar in order of customs received.
Final Payment: once your custom piece is finished I will send you a picture with a final Payment Invoice. If I don't receive payment within 2 weeks you will forfeit your deposit and all materials will be returned to Inventory and sold or item will be put on Web Site for sale.
Stones and Materials Used – I use gem stones such as Sapphires, Garnetts, Amethyst, Citrines and Turquoise in my designs. Sapphires are good for everyday type of ware as they are a hard stone. Turquoise, Variscite, White Buffalo and Opals are a softer stone and not recommended for everyday ware. I mostly use sterling silver unless otherwise stated. I also use Fine Silver, Argentium, 14k, 18k, 22k, and 24k Yellow Gold, Bronze and Copper. I try my very hardest to only buy from ethically sourced sellers. Most of my cut Turquoise is either bought directly from the mine owners or a stone cutter who purchases rough materials directly from the mine owners. Because each cabochon is hand cut from natural stone every piece will vary in color and matrix, leaving them beautifully unique and one of a kind. No two are ever exactly alike.
